ALMIGHTY GOD USED PRESIDENT NIXON TO RESCUE ISRAEL

I believe that Henry Kissinger has been highly overrated and that President Richard Nixon was a far greater Statesman than he ever was!

    If Nixon had not made the unbelievably stupid error in judgment of covering up the senseless ‘Watergate burglary’, he would have gone down in history as one of America’s greatest presidents!

     I was conducting a Gospel Crusade in our Big Tent in Calgary, Alberta and Cliff Holm had driven down from Edmonton to spend a few days with me. On Sunday morning Cliff and the tent man awakened early and invited me to accompany them to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, which I declined.

     When I awakened, I heard a Voice speaking to my spirit: “President Gerald Ford has just pardoned Richard Nixon.” It was Sept 8, 1974 sometime after 9 AM. I was alone and there was no one near our little trailer, and we didn’t have a radio!  I thought: “Well, that is the proper thing to do!”

FORD PRAYED FOR GUIDANCE!

      That same morning, Sept. 8, 1974 at 8:00 A.M. President Gerald Ford was receiving communion at St. John’s Episcopal Church across from Lafayette Square near the White House, in Washington, D.C. Sitting alone in pew 54, he remained for a while in prayer asking God for ‘guidance and understanding.’

      He then went back to the White House and worked on his speech in the Rose Garden and at ten o’clock he called the leaders of the Congress and Senate to tell them of his decision. And an hour later at 11:00 A.M. President Gerald Ford delivered his speech pardoning Richard Nixon!

     Taking into consideration the time difference between Washington, D.C. and Calgary, Alberta, it was the same hour that President Ford delivered His speech and the Lord supernaturally communicated to me that bit of knowledge.

     When the boys returned, I shared what I had heard and later that day when it was officially known, we marvelled and praised God! I do not know why that happened but I took it as a sign that our Lord is personally involved in our lives and ministry!

      Before his death, Richard Nixon had been almost totally reinstated in the public domain as he did interviews, travelled to a number of countries, met with foreign leaders and was asked for advice by several U.S. presidents.

     Among all the demeaning things that the Watergate tapes revealed about Nixon’s personality and salty private speech, there emerges a marvelous act of courage which he undertook in saving the nation of Israel in her most needy hour.

      Recently, I viewed a T.V. documentary titled, Against All Odds. It tells the dramatic story of the Yom Kippur War. Israel was caught by surprise military attack in 1973 during Yom Kippur. It happened on that holy, high day and the Jewish people, including many military men, were in the synagogues when Israel’s enemies struck without warning.

     Prime Minister Golda Meir had been urgently asking the United States for help. Without more armaments, Israel would be overrun by her Arab provocateurs.  They would not survive! Due to the Watergate Scandal, the U.S. Congress had blocked President Richard Nixon from dealing with foreign leaders and turned that authority over to Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.

      Kissinger had repeatedly refused to send help. After turning down Golda Meir’s last request, Kissinger spoke to the media thusly: “It is time to let the Jews bleed a little.”

      In one strategic location, there were only five Israeli tanks left to face more than 100 Syrian tanks. At first, the Israeli tanks withdrew in fear. But at that moment, the Israeli tank commander heard the voice of God. Against all odds, he held off the Syrian tank armada for two days.

NIXON REMEMBERED

HIS MOTHER’S WORDS!

     The situation was so desperate that Golda Meir was already making plans for defeat and a government-in-exile. In sheer desperation, she made a 3:00 A.M call directly to President Richard Nixon, going over the head of Henry Kissinger. Golda Meir reached Nixon on the “hot line” pleading, “Mr. President, we are going to be wiped off the face of the earth. We need help!”
     As a boy, Richard Nixon’s devout Christian mother had told him, “Richard, some day you will be a man of great influence and power and at that moment the Jewish people are going to need your help. You must do all that you can do to save the Jews.”

     As he listened to Golda Meir’s urgent request, Nixon recalled his mother’s words and he knew what he had to do. He asked: “What do you need, Prime Minister?” She said: “Everything!” Commander-in-Chief President Richard Nixon immediately ordered the US Military to respond. Within 24 hours, Israel received plane load after plane load of tanks and armaments, and the eternal God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob had once more helped His people to repel and defeat  their hate-filled enemies!

     Now you know why Henry Kissinger is a nothing but a ‘political hack’ who would literally sell his grandmother (Kissinger is an Austrian Jew) for political advantage, while Richard Nixon goes down in history as a man of courage and ‘The Man who Saved the Jewish Nation from Total Destruction!”

HENRY KISSINGER BLEW IT AGAIN!

     A footnote to this amazing story is the gullibility of this dyed-in-the-wool ‘New World Order’ advocate. Henry Kissinger was so impressed by President Elect Barack Obama that he made this prophetic statement:

     “There is a need for a New World Order” Kissinger told PBS interviewer Charlie Rose. Kissinger also made the remark in an interview with CNBC’S “Squawk on the Street” hosts Mark Haines and Erin Burnett at the New York Stock Exchange.

     He continued, “The President-Elect is coming into office at a moment when there is upheaval in many parts of the world simultaneously. You have India, Pakistan: You have the Jihadist Movement …Because the reception of HIM is so extraordinary around the world. His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, A NEW WORLD ORDER CAN BE CREATED.”

     Two years later, Barack Obama’s policies have nearly bankrupted America, weakened its influence in the world and made it vulnerable to home-grown terrorist attacks and left the Democratic Congress in shambles!

     Liberal leftists were short sighted and so obsessed with the socialist New World Order that they couldn’t see the fallacy of electing a novice Senator from Chicago, whose lone achievement was being a Community Organizer, distributing 100 million dollars from the Annenberg Fund to Black Schools.

    It appears, that his premier goal was not to help students become more proficient in Mathematics or Science but to indoctrinate them to become stronger political activists for the corrupt Democratic Party! For a man who has a reputation of being wise and scholarly, Henry Kissinger has failed miserably at least twice!

WORLDLY WISDOM REJECTS CHRIST

    The HOLY BIBLE says: “For the preaching of the CROSS is to them that perish foolishness, but to us who are saved it is the POWER of GOD. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.

     ‘Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew NOT God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to SAVE them that believe.

     “For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: But, we preach CHRIST crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them that are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the Power of God and the Wisdom of God.” (1 Cor.1:18-24) Amen.

     
Kissinger: No More Israel in 10 Years

New York Post columnist Cindy Adams asserts that former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger predicted the end of the state of Israel within 10 years.
