Hi Ken,
I originally thought I might be able to attend this delightful event but am just not able. Please pass along the following from the Executive Officers and friends in the PAOC.
Thank you for honouring your father and the significant contribution he and your Mom have made in the Kingdom around the world. It is well deserved!
David

Dear Max,
It is a sincere delight to join with so many others and add our heartfelt appreciation to the Lord for your valuable and extensive ministry in the Kingdom over the past 50+ years. Your journey is a wonderful example of what God can accomplish through a life that is dedicated to His cause. Recently I was reminded of a saying made several years ago by Carmen Lynn, a former Executive Officer in the PAOC that says, “You can count the seeds but you cannot measure the harvest.”
The Lord has enabled you to sow thousands of seeds over the years and you have been able to witness a portion of the harvest. However, there are countess accounts of God touching people’s lives through your ministry that you have not heard, and only eternity will reveal the magnitude of the harvest you were used of the Lord to gather. Thank you for faithfulness!
I well remember and yet treasure the precious times of fellowship we were able to share while serving as pastoral leaders in Edmonton. Your heart for God and His people was always of great encouragement. And now, it gives special joy to continue serving alongside members of your family that also carry a passion for the Kingdom. We have great appreciation for Ken, Lena and their family and the excellent leadership they are providing in the Alberta District.
On behalf of my fellow Executive Officers in the PAOC, David Wells and Murray Cornelius, we pray the Lord will continue to grace you with health and strength to fulfill His continued calling on your life.
Sincerely,
David Hazzard.
David E. Hazzard
