Four years ago this beautiful Moravian Church that was built in 1918 by Godfearing

immigrant followers of John Hus and Count Nicolas von Zinzendorf, was in danger of being destroyed. Farmers wanted the land, the County of Leduc wanted it. We were informed that the person who had bought the land from the Moravians owed the Government more than $100,0000 in back taxes but they would compassinately forgive the debt if he woud give the church to another Religious Organization. That is when we were contacted about rescueing it.

We totally renovated it, hauling away tons of garbage, bringing in natural gas, water storage tank etc. at a cost of more than $250,000. Each summer we put up the BIG Gospel Tent for a Camp Meeting. We have three acres of land with plenty roon for trailors, campers and tents for Camp Meeting 2016.

Each Sunday at 11:00 we enjoy the presence of GOD in Old-Time Revival fashion with freedom to worship and praise God without fear or favour of man or devil. And many have been the miracles our Lord Jesus has given us and continues to do so as we press ahead for His honour and glory! Amen.

THE CALL OF GOD TO MAN

PREFACE

There is something mysterious about God reaching out to confront, apprehend and subdue His unstable runaway creation, man...in order to establish or restore friendship, communication and fellowship!

A little like the white man’s attempts at making friendly contact with the early Indians of North America.

In that case, however, there was a great deal of mistrust on both sides and often the greedy white traders exploited the less street-wise natives. And superstitious, fearful savages sometimes wreaked havoc and death upon the new settlers.

Not so, with God. He does not want to exploit us and He has no fears of getting hurt in the relationship, even though He knows our poor track record!

GOD DESIRES OUR FRIENDSHIP!

The way mankind treated His Son, Jesus Christ almost 2000 years ago should have soured Him in attempting to make contact with us, but it certainly hasn’t dulled His desire for our fellowship!

How remarkable that He would still want us, and even more extraordinary that He planned it all...the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ together with His ascension and the outpouring of the Holy Ghost!

Why? He desired to establish contact, and save us from our own destruction, and Satan’s snare. It’s staggering when you consider the risk God took to redeem fallen man.

He left Himself wide – open! The Son of God had to be incarnated as a man in order to be tempted by the devil, crucified by sinners and finally rise again by the power of the Holy Spirit!

He Died for our SINS and was Raised from the Dead for our Justification – What a VICTORY for both God and Man!

In order to redeem us from Satan’s cruel hand, Christ had to be subjected to the total weight of sin and sickness that He bore for us all on Golgotha!

The Old Testament unveils the mechanics of that total salvation purchased for us by the sacrificial, substitutionary death of God’s paschal Lamb.

“He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)

St. Paul calls the born again experience “a mystery” that had been hid from generations and age, but was revealed to him by the Holy Ghost. (Col. 1:26; Gal. 2:20)

Jesus Christ living in the believer is the “New Birth”! God living in a human vessel, making out of Jews and Gentiles a new man; not Jew or Gentile, but “a spiritual man” with God on the inside!

BE WISE, THEY BECAME FOOLS!

It seems incredulous that modern man is spending millions of dollars trying to make contact with aliens in outer space when the God of the universe and His Son, Jesus Christ - Who visited this planet nearly 2000 years ago - is available to help us in every detail of our lives!

And yet, so-called-intelligentsia, academia and intellectuals are wasting valuable time and money going to séances, tracking UFO’s, talking to weird clairvoyants who are themselves deceived and totally spaced out!

But, they have no time to call upon the name of the Lord or investigate the mighty working of the Holy Spirit!

Amid the scientific rubble, however, there is now arising an army of honest, intellectual giants who are proving the Bible true, by using strictly scientific methods and material that has been deliberately overlooked by dishonest evolutionists for years.

There is nothing as rewarding as a relationship with the God of the universe and His Son Jesus Christ, Who is the fountainhead of all wisdom, knowledge and understanding!

On the contrary, nothing is as boring, dull and meaningless as a life lived totally outside of God’s will, and in ignorance of His ability, power and presence!

And to think that God included us in His itinerary, honoured guest and family members list, is really exciting and almost too much to comprehend! But He did and that suits me just fine! I don’t deserve it, but I thank God for it anyway!

HOW IT ALL STARTED!

The Sacred Record states: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light...” (Gen. 1:1-4)

I like the way God introduces Himself in the very first verse of the Bible. No explanations or asides - very straightforward indeed! IN THE BEGINNING GOD… PERIOD!

He doesn’t need to excuse Himself for the intrusion or explain anything. He was here a long time before we were, and we need to get smart and learn from Him rather than blindly look for our origins in Big Bang Explosions, 5000 degree temperatures, sea slime, swamp gases, or fish, reptile and ape stories!

The noted scientist Herbert Spencer speaks of 5 factors as the most general forms into which the manifestation of the UNKNOWABLE are redivisable: 1) space, 2) time, 3) matter, 4) force, 5) motion!

It is certainly not coincidental that we have all these prerequisites of God (the unknowable) are conditions that the eminent scientist laid out, in Genesis 1:1-2: “In the beginning (time) God created the heavens (space) and the earth (matter) ... and the Spirit of God (force) moved (motion). ”

Charles Darwin half-heartedly rushed his manuscript to the publishers when he heard that his former student Alfred Wallace was planning to release a similar paper, and it caught on like wild fire. That is how the ‘Origin of the Species’ came about!

Modern day evolutionists, however, ridicule Darwin, declaring they have found new proofs of how man’s existence came about.

Each new crop of theorists try to outdo their predecessors with more wild and weird schemes to keep government as well as private money flowing into their coffers...While they strut their stuff!

Big shots operating on someone else’s funds, playing manipulator of gods, creators with a small ‘c’, in their posh offices and with unlimited expense accounts. They are educated fools who believe that everything and everybody came into being by mere chance; from nothing!

Their principle formula is: 'Nothing multiplied by nothing, subtracted from nothing, divided by nothing and added to nothing produced a miracle - EVERYTHING'!

But wow, stop a minute... I thought evolutionists were so intellectual they didn’t believe in miracles! They sure do! They believe in the RELIGION OF ATHEISM, the GOD OF CHANCE and the TEMPLE OF STUPIDITY!

They CERTAINLY believe in miracles; the miracle of government funded laboratories, excavation tools, airline tickets, free TV time, extensive newspaper coverage and big salaries!

WHAT A MIRACLE!

And this is the kind of garbage we, the taxpayers are footing the bill for, and paying School teachers to re-educate our children with.

In my opinion, one of the greatest wastes of our generation is the time and money spent trying to disprove the only sensible philosophy of man and life.

THAT OF SPECIAL DIVINE CREATION! That God made man in His own image, and gave him “authority and dominion over the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air and every creeping thing upon the earth”. (Gen. 1:26)

But, through rebellion and disobedience to God’s laws, man fell from his exalted position and became a slave to an evil taskmaster, the ringleader of all rebels, the fallen archangel, Lucifer!

Only through Jesus Christ, the Righteous Son of God, can man be restored to the position of wisdom, understanding and authority again.

The Bible clearly states why some people rebel against God. “Satan the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, Who is the image of God, should shine unto them”. (2 Cor. 4:4)

ATHEISTS ARE DECEIVED!

No wonder, atheists and evolutionists in their deception, think of themselves as superior intellectually while they grovel among the bones, worms and dust for some small gratifying evidence of their twisted, warped and ignorant theories, rather than look up to Heaven and acknowledge Almighty God as Creator, Saviour and King!

When asked if he believed in life on other planets the famous Jewish scientist Albert Einstein replied, “God does not play dice”! By that statement he was rejecting the “god of chance” for the ordered, structured, intelligent creator of the universe - God.

Werner Von Braun, the brilliant German American who pioneered the NASA project emphatically declared: “The farther we probe into space the more I believe in God”.

OUR FIRST PARENTS!

God walked and talked with Adam and Eve. Their fellowship was rich, beautiful and perfect until sin made its entrance into the world in the form of rebellion and lawlessness. God had created Adam and Eve for His pleasure and purpose. It was His desire to give them the very best.

Mankind was God’s special creation, with an exalted position of authority, a superior intelligence and a spiritual aptitude to worship and communicate with the Eternal One!

THE MESSAGE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR! GOD WANTS US! God wants us! He desires to involve us in His plans, purposes and projects, both in this life and the one to come!

How good to know that we are wanted, appreciated and necessary. We are more than an accident! We were meant to be. God knew about us and planned for us before the world was created!

We are more than animals, just to be used for convenience sake, and then die and go back to the dust. We are eternal, not to be discarded like rubbish!!

Man is a special being - made in God’s image - spirit, soul (mind) and body! When expiration takes place, the body goes back to the dust, the mind is stilled and the eternal spirit of man returns to stand in God’s presence!

Then eternity will begin for each one of us! May we all be ready for the great judgment day, by receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour! TO BE CONTINUED!!!
