The Inasmuch Commandment: 

Are We All Guilty?

"Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we Thee...in prison and came unto Thee?  And the King shall answer...Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me." (Matt. 25:37-40)

One of the least obeyed commands of our Lord is what we call the ‘Inasmuch Commandment.’ Although this scripture refers to the future "judging of the nations" by Jesus Christ Himself, it nevertheless reveals His heart of compassion! The "sheep nations" are those which have treated 'My brethren' (Israel) with respect and kindness, and the "goat nations" are those which hate and abuse the Jewish people!

A POWERFUL LESSON FOR US ALL!

Jesus sends us a strong message, however, in how He identifies with the poor, needy, unloved, sick, and suffering of this world! God’s Word states: “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds…

“The deceased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye HEALED that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with cruelty have ye ruled them.” (Is. 34:1-4)        

Apparently, there will be some surprises when we all stand before the judgment bar of Christ; the ungodly at the 'great white throne judgment' and the righteous at the ' bhema seat'!  The wicked shall be judged to eternal damnation, because of rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.  And believers - who are saved by the merits of Christ's atoning work for them on Calvary's cross - will be judged by their works, for rewards!

The Bible says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

“He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.

 “For every one that doeth evil hated the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.” (John 3:16-21)

HIS TESTIMONY THAT GOD IS TRUE!

“He that cometh from Above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthy, and speaketh of the earth: He that cometh from Heaven is above all. And what He hath seen and heard, that He testifieth: and no man receiveth His testimony.

“He that hath received His testimony hath set to his SEAL that God is TRUE. For He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him. The Father loveth the Son and hath given all things into His hand.

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life: but the wrath of God abideth on him.” (John 3: 31-36)

St. Paul warns:  "Every man's work shall be made manifest:  for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.  If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss:  but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire." (1 Cor. 3:13-15)

THE WORKS OF THE SPIRIT!

“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not enter into the Kingdom of God.

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: Against such, there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit." (Gal. 5:19-25)

“When the Son of man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, shall He sits upon the Throne of His Glory: And before Him shall be gathered all nations: And He shall separate them one from another as a shepherd divideth His sheep from the goats: and He shall set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left.

“Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, COME, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took Me in; Naked and ye clothed Me: I was sick, and ye visited Me: I was in prison, and ye came unto Me.

“Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, Lord, when saw we Thee an hungered, and fed Thee? Or thirsty, and gave Thee drink? When saw we Thee a stranger, and took Thee in, or naked, and clothed Thee? Or when saw we Thee SICK or in Prison, and came unto Thee?

I WAS HUNGRY AND YE GAVE ME NO FOOD!

“And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto the least of these My brethren, ye have done it unto Me. Then shall He say unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

"For I was an hungered, and ye gave Me no meat:  I was thirsty, and ye gave Me no drink:  I was a stranger and ye took Me not in:  naked, and ye clothed Me not:  sick, and in prison, and ye visited Me not.

"Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not unto Me.  And these shall go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into life eternal." (Matt. 25:41-46)4

St. James, the pastor of the world's first Pentecostal Church and the half-brother of Jesus Christ, had some strong feelings on this subject: "Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world." (James 1:27)

TWO THINGS ARE VERY IMPORTANT

According to St. James, the two most important aspects of the Christian life are:  1).  Help the needy - orphans and widows - in their trouble.  2).  To keep oneself separated from the world - to live a pure life!

For more than 30 years we fully supported the 'Solbrekken Children's Home' in Guntur, A.P., South India.  We sent them more than $600 every month and sometimes large sums of money during special crises. We founded orphanages in Haiti and the Philippines and supported them for about 20 years, until they became self-supporting.           

And through our work Europa for Kristus in Norway, we were able to help raise funds for various other orphanages for many years! Praise God! We presently help fund some gospel works in other nations!

Our main gift to the heathen for about fifty years was conducting large crusades in many nations of the world, where multitudes have received Jesus Christ the Saviour of the world and Great Physician!

May the Lord bless you as you do your very best to help us spread the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost of this world and help lift the heavy burden of poverty and misery from their lives! And remember, Donna and I are praying for you and your needs! Amen.

                                                       HOLY SPIRIT ANOINTS:

                             THE YOKE IS BROKEN

  “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” (Isaiah 10: 27)

In this Scripture Isaiah conveys a prophetic truth concerning the coming of the Messiah and the liberation of His people from the powers of darkness, by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The yoke of sin, fear, condemnation, torment, sickness, and disease is broken when the Holy Spirit takes control of our lives!

The Bible states: “But unto the Son He saith...Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows.” (Heb.1: 8.9). The prophet Zechariah delivers the same message of the workings of the Holy Spirit of God: “...Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of Hosts.” (Zech. 4; 6)

The YOKE of Satanic Bondage is removed from our neck and the burden off our shoulder by the Blood of Jesus, and the power of the Holy Spirit. The YOKE of fear, torment, guilt, condemnation, pain, disease, and unrest is broken because of the anointing of God the Holy Spirit!

Jesus Christ said: “Ye shall know the Truth and the Truth shall make you Free.” (John 8:32). Jesus Christ Himself is the Truth and He is within us, therefore He makes us Free! He declared: “If the SON therefore shall make you Free, ye shall be Free indeed.” (John 8: 36)

I am therefore healed by the Person of Jesus Christ Himself. I am saved, forgiven, freed and liberated from Sin, Fear, Sickness and Disease by the WORD Himself, who is Very GOD!

The Holy Scriptures declare: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. In Him was Life and the Life was the Life of men.

“He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory as of the Only Begotten of the Father full of grace and truth.” (John 1: 1-4,10, 14)

The Holy Bible is the written Word of God and Jesus Himself is the Living WORD of God! He gives us the assurance: “Let your conversation be without covetousness, and be content with such things as ye have: for He (JESUS) hath said, I WILL NEVER LEAVE THEE, NOR FORSAKE THEE.” (Heb.13:5)

Here, Jesus used a double imperative. He actually said, “I will never, no never leave thee. I will never, no never forsake thee.” St. Matthew records our Master: “...and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world (age).” (Matt. 28: 20)

The term always is a measure of time and the word alway is a measure of distance. Jesus promised to go the distance with us, all the way until we meet him face to face!

An old Sunday school chorus says, 'With Jesus in the vessel, we can smile at the storm, smile at the storm, smile at the storm. With Jesus in the vessel. We can smile at the storm, until He calls us Home.'

And that is abundantly true. Whatever enemy we face, we will overcome. We have ultimate peace, assurance, and victory through the BLOOD of the Everlasting Covenant, the Eternal Word of God, the Blessed Holy Spirit, and the Matchless Name of Jesus Christ.

He, who is the Liberator of lost humanity, the Emancipator of mankind, the Saviour of the world and the Great Physician, has already won the Battle for us!

We are fully armed with the precious promises of God, the Sword of the Spirit, purged by the Blood of the Lamb and endued with the Power and presence of the Holy Spirit and hidden with Christ in God the Father Almighty, one true God, world without end!

The Bible says: “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their righteousness is of Me, saith the Lord.” (Is.54: 17)

ANOINTING OF GOD BREAKS THE YOKE!

The Holy Spirit's anointing destroys the YOKE. He equips us with the anointing of God that breaks the yoke of Satanic power and bondage and frees us to live in victory to serve the Lord with gladness and fruitfulness!

The Bible states: “But we have an UNCTION from the Holy One, and ye know all things.” (1 John 2:20). “Now He which established with you in Christ and hath anointed us with you is God.” (2 Cor. 1: 21)

“And He said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning FALL from Heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10: 18, 19)

I stand foursquare on God's Word and the Promises of Jesus Christ! He said: “Come unto Me all ye who labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matt. 11:28-30)

Satan's yoke is heavy. It is hard to bear and takes his slave to eternal death. He promises an exciting time with no strings attached, but he is a Deceiver and a Liar. Satan enslaves those who follow his pernicious ways, leading them to destruction and Hell.

Christ's yoke is different. He carries the heavy load. His yoke frees us to live a life of righteousness, peace, and joy. He shatters sinful habits, destroys sickness, and disease and ultimately carries us to be with Him in His glory!

He is the Heavy Lifter, who bore our sins and sicknesses to the Cross. He carried our pains, fears, and sorrows to Golgotha where He made the supreme sacrifice for us all. He met the Demands of Divine Justice in payment for our eternal salvation, through His vicarious (substitutionary) death for us!

The Holy Bible states: “Surely He hath borne our sicknesses (heb. makob) and carried our pains (heb. nasa): yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.

“All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the Lord hath laid upon Him the iniquity of us all.” (Is. 53: 4-6)

When Jesus cried: “It is finished”, He had purchased our salvation from sin, fear, sickness, disease, and death. (John 19: 30). St. Paul declared: “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Rom. 5: 6, 7)

“But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead, shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.” (Rom. 8: 11)

The Bible teaches that, “God hath delivered us from the power of Darkness, and hath translated us into the Kingdom of His dear Son: In Whom we have redemption through His Blood, even the forgiveness of sins.” (Col. 1: 13, 14).

 THE CHURH WAS BORN IN FIRE! 

 As He had promised, Jesus sent the Blessed Holy Spirit upon His disciples on the Day of Pentecost and His Church was born in fire and great power: 

“And when the Day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from Heaven as of a mighty rushing wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave utterance.” (Acts 2: 1-4)

Through His vicarious death for us all and His glorious resurrection from the dead, Jesus totally defeated Satan and the kingdom of Darkness. By His precious Blood, our Saviour has purchased all mankind for Himself and has given His church authority to take His Gospel to all who will believe on His name and repent of their sins.

Here is His great commission: “Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe;

“In My Name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall

The Church was born on the Day of Pentecost and ever continues in His Name to carry out the mandate given us by our Lord Jesus Christ. Here is the example set by Christ's early followers: “And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the Word with SIGNS following. Amen.” (Mark 16: 20)

YE SHALL RECEIVE POWER!

The Bible states: “And being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.

“For John truly baptized with water, but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence… But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” (Acts 1:4,8)

Dear Lord Jesus, fill Your servants who proclaim Your Gospel, with the Blessed Holy Spirit and power to liberate lost, sick and suffering humanity for Thy glory and honour. Amen.

It is so good to meet Max Solbrekken again at Visjon Norge and to hear him preach the World of God. The last time we saw him was in 2006. He is much loved in Norway and especially at the TV Station here in Drammen.

The doctors could not help me, as I had a deep red rash around my entire midsection, about 8 inches high. I scratched until I thought I would go mad. Nothing I did would help me. It only became worse.

Then, we heard about Max Solbrekken’s meetings, and we went to hear him preach in Oslo in 1983. The moment he touched me and prayed in Jesus’ Name, I felt a cool sensation running through my body and the pains were all gone.

That night, I fell asleep immediately and when I awoke, the raw sores – where I had scratched until they bled – were all healed, and all the rash was gone. That miracle has lasted for 27 years and I am perfectly well in 2012!

I thank Jesus Christ for His healing power that made me well when I was so desperately sick. Thank you, Max for coming to Norway and praying for me. No one will know the horrors of that disease unless having experienced it. I praise Jesus!

TOO MANY FIND SOLACE IN SUICIDE!

Little children as young as three are killing themselves in the USA, where a recent news report labels suicide epidemic in the most affluent nation of the world. Canada isn’t far behind, but until recently we didn’t have statistics because child suicides just weren’t reported publicly.

Now the sad story is known everywhere!  Not only the incurably ill, the chronic manic depressive or jilted lovers are killing themselves, but so are teenagers and little children.

The European situation has taken an ugly twist also.  A British company has even published a book on how to commit suicide.

MANY ROCK GROUPS GLORIFY VIOLENCE, DEATH & SUICIDE!

 It’s just too much for the normal mentality to grasp.  Why would anybody want to kill themselves when life is so precious?  There is so much to live for, family, work, friends, love, and God!

Each of us has a built-in safety mechanism to help us in times of danger.  The adrenaline begins to flow when we are afraid and need to escape a dangerous situation - extra strength comes to us in times of trouble. 

Everything within our beings is programmed for self-preservation, and our love reaches out to help others in need.

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES?

Then why the epidemic?  What are the underlying causes for this rush toward death? Large numbers of Russians disillusioned with the hopelessness of life in the communistic, totalitarian Soviet Union, became alcoholics. 

They had resigned themselves to a slow form of suicide through booze and many are addicted today!  Vodka dulls the brain and makes it easier; they claim.

Alcohol and drugs enslave millions around the world, and they are responsible for many violent deaths on the highways, murders, and suicides!

Without a doubt, the economic situation of the past decade with its gloom and doom for so many has brought heartache and pain.  And with the present generation being pampered by welfare, high wages, and a free ride for so long, when the crunch came, they just could not cope!

 SOME TOOK THE BIG LEAP!

Financial reverses - where an individual loses everything - often push a person over the brink of suicide.  The Bre-X scandal claimed its first victim, BC lawyer Lawrence Beadle took his own life after it was officially confirmed that the Bre-X stock was worthless.

During the great crash of ’29 many wealthy business tycoons who lost everything overnight took the big leap, jumping to their death from their opulent high-rise buildings!

Another factor contributing to the increasing suicide rate is the psychology of war and nuclear destruction that haunts our young people.  After the dissolution of the Soviet Union, people felt quite safe.  In May 1997 Boris Yeltsin, ticked off by the expansion of plans of NATO - stated that Russia reserves the right of ‘First Strike’ with nuclear weapons if threatened!

Now in 2023, Russian President Vladimir Putin is echoing that threat as he is systematically destroying the country of Ukraine with help from China, North Korea, and Iran. Many nations of the world are now struggling with high inflation and poverty with the lack of energy and America's greatest liar and bumbler shutting down oil drilling, natural gas refineries, and delivery pipelines to please the wealthy Climate Warming weirdo socialist idiots!

War is still on many people’s minds as we consider the terrible conflicts between Muslims, Croats, and Serbs in the former Yugoslavia! And many believe that the conflagration which is slowly simmering in the Middle East will soon erupt into another full-scale war!

 If it’s all going to end in a holocaust, many postulates, why not end it the way we choose - an overdose of drugs, a bottle of pills, a razor blade, or a gunshot?

WILL IT GET WORSE?  Unfortunately, the answer is yes.  It will get much worse unless a new psychology of life and living emerges - a new philosophy that destroys the myth that man just happened by chance, that we evolved from an ape!

No, my friend. Man did not evolve! We were created in the image of God, not like an animal or insect! Human beings are one of a kind and life is precious! 

Therefore, we must stop the killing of millions of unborn babies and change the word ‘abortion’ to ‘murder’.  And we must, once and for all, get rid of the Hitler mentality of infanticide, euthanasia, and genocide.

 CULTURE OF DEATH:  THE PRODUCT OF SECULAR HUMANISM!

The rush to assisted suicide by “short-sighted men and women” in the medical field, sometimes triggers cloak-and-dagger killings of unwitting and unwilling patients, whom they feel are filling a space someone else should occupy!

Why are we seeing these evil things escalate?  Pope John Paul II addressed this phenomenon correctly when he spoke of what he calls, ‘The Culture of Death’!

Dr. Henry Morgentaler - the secular humanist - who rejected God and our Lord Jesus Christ, did irreparable harm to our society, the dignity of women, and human life in general during his long and bloody career as Canada’s leading fetus killer! 

TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS! 

The problem is two-fold!  No. 1 - It is setting a bad precedent.  If things are too tough, throw in the towel.  We often hear horror stories of people who were depressed and only thought they were terminally ill or had received an erroneous diagnosis before committing suicide!

No. 2 - Whoever assists in a suicide is playing God.  No one has the right to take human life but God.  Job said, “The Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord”. (Job 1:21) Ultimately, only God decides if we live or die and when!

 A VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION!

I have a grave concern about governmental agencies, media journalists, medical doctors, and clergy who are promoting weird sexual behaviour. Are they really desiring the best for these misguided souls?  Or do they have a hidden agenda? 

Some are caring folks.  Others, I’m afraid may be ‘closet Kevorkians’ - possibly homosexuals - who despise others, knowing that the more liberty and license the homosexual lobby acquires, the more AIDS, STD, and suicides there will be!

If you think that’s far-fetched, remember:  There were a sizeable number of homosexuals among Adolf Hitler’s elite S.S. inner circle and Hitler’s relationship with Eva Braun was allegedly only platonic - leaving us with the question - “Was Hitler also a homosexual”?

One thing we do know is that Hitler’s top homosexual aids helped carry out his orders to imprison and kill thousands of homosexuals.  We also know that the world’s most famous Jew hater and killer was himself part Jewish!  How ironic!

In my opinion, the only people who truly love sexual perverts are ‘born again Christians’ who pray for them so that they will receive Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour.  And be miraculously healed - through faith and prayer in Jesus’ Name - from AIDS and other diseases!

SATAN’S DEMONS LIED TO THE CULT LEADER!

In a blind trust, 38 men and women followed cult leader - weird, spaced-out, flying-saucer fanatic Marshall Herff Applewhite to their deaths at a stately rented mansion in Rancho Santa Fe, California!

Suicide is ‘self-murder’, as it is called in Norwegian (selvmord), and condemned as an abominable sin in the Holy Bible! Applewhite, who was known as ‘Bo’, together with his female partner ‘Peep’, alias Bonnie Lu Trusdale Nettles, left Oregon with a group of 20 hippies in 1975, looking for a UFO to take them to another world!

The UFO never came, ‘Peep’ died of cancer, and the aging ‘Bo’ changed his name to ‘Do’ and began recruiting new members for his “Heaven’s Gate” cult via the Internet.  It paid off for him as new blood gave the cult new impetus, together with the coming of the Hale-Bopp comet!

THE AGING FALSE PROPHET TOOK 38 PEOPLE TO THEIR DEATHS AND A DEVIL’S HELL, HAVING BEEN TOTALLY DECEIVED FOR YEARS.

Let us never forget - when this life is over, we will meet our Maker, and we will reap what we have sown.  And God loves us all and desires to save, heal, and bless everyone!

                                   INEVITABLE SURVIVAL OF

         ISRAEL

For 2,000 years the Jews had been homeless.  Their nation dissolved, their temple destroyed, and their people decimated, killed, and sold as slaves. During the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70, more than one million Jews were killed and 89,000 were taken captive to be used as gladiators or sold as slaves!

The Jews were called God’s chosen people, but there were conditions to the pact Yahweh made with them.  Moses outlines that covenant in Deuteronomy 28. It promised blessings without number if they kept the covenant, but severe judgment if they broke it. The Israelites chose to rebel against God, and history proves to the minutest detail, how authentic the Bible is.

 JESUS PROPHESIED ISRAEL’S DESTRUCTION AND REBIRTH!

Jesus verified the authenticity of the Scriptures when He prophesied the destruction of Israel and the temple, as well as Israel’s rebirth in St. Matthew 23 and 24.

He spoke about two generations - the one that would crucify Him and the final one just before His return.  Jesus said the first would be responsible for all the righteous blood shed from Abel to Barachias.

The symbol of Israel has always been a fig tree, and Jesus cursed a fig tree when He found no fruit on it.  He also stated that the fig tree would someday come back to life! Thirty-seven years after Jesus uttered those prophetic words, General Titus destroyed the Temple and the Holy City and terminated the nation of Israel.

But the Jews never lost their faith, language, or their hope of returning to Jerusalem. At 4 PM on May 14, 1948, former prime minister David Ben Gurion hoisted the Israeli flag, proclaiming Israel a free, sovereign, and independent state.

ISRAEL IS GOD’S TIMEPIECE!

Jesus said, “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors”.

Then he dropped a bombshell... “Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things come to pass”. That “Israel is God’s timepiece” is no doubt.  And by the same token, “Jerusalem is the second hand” of the clock.

In 1920, Arabs attacked and partly destroyed two Jewish settlements at Metullah and Tel Hai. Since that day the Arabs have challenged Israel’s right to exist in their own land.  God gave the land to Abraham’s seed, according to the book of Genesis.  He later confirmed His covenant with Isaac, Jacob, Moses, and Joshua.

In 1967, during the six-day war, Israel recaptured East Jerusalem and last year they celebrated the 3000^th Birthday of the “Golden City” as their capital.  And this year is Israel’s “Year of Jubilee” when everything is to revert to the former owners.  Maybe that’s why Jewish gold - stolen from them by Swiss, and other banks - is being returned by those nations!

Recently, Israel celebrated their 50th Anniversary amid high tensions in their nation, especially on the West Bank, and the deteriorating ‘Peace Process’ which was signed in Oslo, Norway called the ‘Oslo Accord’.

Yasser Arafat is constantly condemning Israel for not carrying out the maximum withdrawal from the West Bank, while simultaneously doing almost nothing to stop Hamas terrorists from killing Israelis!

YASSER ARAFAT: LIAR EXTRA ORDINAIRE!

During an interview on Egyptian television on April 18, Yasser Arafat - the former murderer and terrorist - showed his true colors.  His own words prove that a “leopard cannot change his spots” and that he is a deceiver and has not changed!

When asked about the ‘Oslo Accord’, he stated that he respected that agreement in the very same manner as Muhammed who entered into a peace treaty called ‘Hadabijjah Pact’ with the Arabian Qurash Tribe after he failed to defeat them in battle. 

The Hadabijjah Pact was to last for 10 years but within 2 years Muhammed completely wiped them off the face of the earth, in a murderous slaughter.  The blood-thirsty butcher had broken his word and killed them all!

Yasser Arafat stated that according to Omar bin Katib and others, Muhammed’s peace treaty was only a “Lesser Value Agreement” because he had agreed to sign the treaty without the words, “Messenger of Allah” after his name! 

Saladin (Salah eh-Din), following the example of Muhammed, used the same lying trickery to deceive his enemies - namely, signing a peace treaty to be broken when the right moment came! Stalin and Hitler undoubtedly studied Muhammed and Saladin’s treacherous warfare!

 A WORD OF CAUTION TO THE ARAB WORLD!

 If the Arabs are still intent on destroying Israel and “driving the Jews into the sea”, I would suggest that they read Psalms 89:34-37. God Almighty declares: “My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of My lips.

“Once I have sworn by My holiness that I will not lie to David: His seed shall endure forever, and his throne as the sun before Me. It shall be established forever as the moon and as a faithful witness in heaven. Selah.”

The BIBLE states:  “Thus saith the LORD, Which giveth the sun for a light by day and the ordinance (FIXED ORDER) of the moon and of the stars for light by night, which divideth (stirs up) the sea when the waves thereof roar--the LORD of hosts is His name:  If those ordinances (FIXED ORDER) depart from before Me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before Me forever. 

“Thus saith the LORD: If heaven above can be measured, and THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, sayeth the LORD." (Jer. 31:35-37)

For as long as the sun shines and the moon reflects its light, that is how long God will protect His chosen people Israel, and keep His Holy Covenant with them!

God says:  “If you are able to destroy the vast intricate solar system, stopping the functions of all heavenly bodies and measure the ‘ever-expanding-universe’ and x-ray the innermost core of this planet, then you will be able to destroy God’s chosen people!

Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler, Gamel Nasser, and Ayatollah Khomeini are dead and gone (in the regions of the damned) but Israel still survives, thanks to God!

 ‘NONE IS TOO MANY’ ~ CANADA’S SHAME!

While in Winnipeg, we saw the play, None Is Too Many, based on Irving Arbella and Harold Troper’s book.

From 1938 to 1945 hundreds of thousands of European Jews were fleeing Nazi Germany.  Desperate for refuge they pleaded for sanctuary in Canada.  Our government led by Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King turned a deaf ear to their cries.  When Mr. Blair, Minister of Immigration was asked how many Jews should be allowed into Canada.  “NONE”, he replied, “IS TOO MANY”.  Canada, the largest free nation in the world at that time, took only 4,381 Jews, the least of all nations.

Canada charged $10,000 to $15,000 per Jew and required that they sign themselves in as ‘Christian’.
